Living up to the “nouveau” in the company name, our new management team of product development specialists is expanding and evolving the single price point business model that has made the Bijoux Terner brand a worldwide success to capture new opportunities and better meet our partners’ needs. The team is also identifying plenty of room for new growth in the form of new products, new wholesale partnerships and customers, and even a new distribution facility.
New Product Line
In 2016, we are implementing changes to our core Bijoux Terner product line by elevating the taste level of the product, which retails at $10 per unit. We design our own unique styles that are manufactured in our factories and distinguish us from our competitors.
New Distribution Center
We now utilize a 3PL facility for distribution in Miami, Florida. The facility uses state-of-the art technology and is a free trade zone. With close proximity to the port of Miami, Bijoux Nouveau exports to our wholesale partners worldwide.
New Partnership with Customers
All these improvements are bolstered by a renewed dedication to strengthening our relationship with our wholesale customers. Our partners preview new collections seasonally, providing valuable feedback and ensuring that the line meets the needs of our customers. The new sales team has focused on building partnerships with customers and provides detailed business analysis to assist in maximizing sales. Account coordinators visit stores to provide on-site training and merchandising updates. Increased collaboration and planning have also driven customer fill rates consistently above 95%.
